Privacy Policy

This page says what we collect on zexoramedia.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. Plain English, no small print.
The short version. We only take what you type in, plus a cookieless count of pages viewed. We do not sell anything to anyone. Google Analytics and Google Ads run only if you accept them, and you can change that answer at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of this page.
1. Who we are
Zexora Media is the trading name of Khasan Arapiev, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
- Address: 112 Gorsebrook Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 0PE, United Kingdom. This is our registered address; we have no public office and work with clients across the UK.
- Email: info@zexoramedia.com
- Phone: 07700 155 558
2. What each part of the site collects
Nothing on this site asks for your data until you choose to use one of these. Each one sends what you typed to our own enquiry inbox, and to our CRM so we can reply.
Contact form
Your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message, plus the page you were on. We use it to answer you and to quote for the work. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Quote tool
The answers you pick about your trade, the job and the level you want, plus your name and contact details at the end. We use it to prepare your quote and to follow it up. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
Quiz
Your trade and the answers you select. If you leave part way through, we record which step you stopped at and nothing else. We use it to work out what to recommend. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding what visitors need.
Chat assistant
The messages you send, any name or contact detail you put in them, and the assistant's replies. A person on our side can read the conversation and take over from the assistant. We use it to answer your questions and to follow up if you ask us to. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
WhatsApp and phone links
Tapping WhatsApp or a phone number opens your own app. We collect nothing at that moment. Once you send a message, WhatsApp carries it under Meta's own terms and privacy policy, and we hold whatever you write to us.
3. How we count visits, without cookies
We keep our own basic statistics about how the site is used: pages viewed, screen size, the site you arrived from, and which pages lead to an enquiry. This runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and never follows you to other websites.
To tell one visit from another we need something to count. We use a short key made by hashing your IP address and browser description together with a secret and the current date. The result is letters and numbers we cannot reverse. Your IP address and browser description are never stored beside it, and the key changes every day, so it cannot be used to build a picture of you over time.
If you arrive from an advert, the click identifier in the link (for example gclid from Google Ads, or a utm_source tag) is held in memory for that visit and saved only if you go on to send us an enquiry. It tells us which advert produced the enquiry. On its own it carries no personal detail.
4. Cookies and browser storage
- Essential. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key
zx-consentso we do not ask again on every page. It is required for the choice to work, cannot be turned off, and is shared with nobody. - Analytics. Google Analytics, and only after you accept. It sets its own cookies to measure how the site is used.
- Advertising. Google Ads conversion measurement, and only after you accept. It records that an enquiry followed a click on one of our adverts.
Nothing in the analytics or advertising rows loads before you answer the banner. Rejecting is one click and costs you nothing on this site. To change your answer later, use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. We ask again after 180 days.
5. Who else handles your data
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. These are the companies that process it for us, under contract and on our instructions:
- GoHighLevel: our CRM. Every enquiry lands here so we can reply and keep track of it.
- Our own server: a rented virtual server that runs the enquiry inbox and the chat assistant.
- Hostinger: hosting for this website.
- Telegram: carries the alert that tells us an enquiry has arrived, including your name and what you asked for.
- Resend: delivers email we send you, such as invoices.
- Google (Analytics and Ads): only if you accept analytics or advertising. Analytics measures how the site is used. Ads records that an enquiry followed a click on one of our adverts. We send Google nothing you typed.
Some of these companies are based outside the UK. Where that is so, the transfer relies on the UK addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, or on UK adequacy regulations.
6. How long we keep things
- Quotes, enquiries and bookings: kept until you ask us to delete them, because they are the record of a request we may have to answer for.
- Chat conversations and quiz results: one year.
- Abandoned quizzes and quotes: 90 days.
- Client records, invoices and contracts: the length of the working relationship plus six years, which is what UK tax law requires.
- Site statistics: the daily key described in section 3 rotates every day and is never traced back to a person.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Stop or limit what we do with it
- Send it to you or to someone else in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where consent is what we relied on
Email info@zexoramedia.com with the request and the email address or phone number you used, so we can find your records. We reply within one month and it costs nothing. If tax law stops us deleting something, we will tell you which part and why.
8. If you are not happy
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.

9. Changes
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and the date at the top. Where consent is what we rely on and the change is significant, we ask you again.
