1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zexora Media website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Zexora Media provides digital marketing services including website design and development, paid advertising management, search engine optimisation, and marketing automation for trade businesses. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon before any work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our services start from £149 per month. Payment is due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge hidden fees. Zexora Media is not currently VAT registered. Prices shown are the total amount payable.

4. No Lock In Contracts

We do not require long term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days written notice. This notice period is not a penalty. It simply gives us time to wrap up any work in progress and provide handover documentation so nothing is lost.

5. Our Guarantee

If we do not meet the realistic growth targets documented in your signed service agreement within the specified timeframe, we will continue to provide our services at no additional charge for up to an additional 60 days. This guarantee applies only to targets that are within our reasonable control and does not cover results affected by factors outside our services (for example, seasonal demand changes or your availability to respond to leads).

6. Website Ownership and Transfer

When you choose our £0 setup fee option, your website is built and maintained as part of your monthly service. During this time, the website remains hosted and managed by Zexora Media on your behalf.

Full ownership of your website transfers to you automatically after 6 consecutive months of active service. At that point, the website is yours to keep regardless of whether you continue with us.

If you cancel before 6 months and wish to keep your website, or if you wish to transfer the website to a different provider at any point before the 6 month mark, the agreed setup fee becomes payable. This covers the design, development, and build costs that were originally waived at signup.

We structure it this way because we invest significant time and resources building your website upfront at no cost to you. The 6 month service period allows us to recover that investment while delivering ongoing results for your business. This model means you start with zero risk and zero upfront cost, and we earn your trust by proving our value every single month.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment (including any applicable setup fees if transferring before 6 months), you own all website content, designs, and copy created specifically for your business. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and services
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
  • Ensure all content provided to us is accurate and not misleading
  • Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our working relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third party platform changes, or government actions.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation before pursuing court action. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
