Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you use this site or hire us. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
Rolling monthly. No long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Prices are as shown by the site's quote tool; setup is quoted per project. Zexora Media is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
1. Who you are dealing with
Zexora Media is the trading name of Khasan Arapiev, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, at 112 Gorsebrook Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 0PE. This is our registered address; we have no public office and work with clients across the UK. You can reach us on info@zexoramedia.com or 07700 155 558.
2. What these terms cover
They cover your use of this website and any work we do for you. When we start work for you we also write down the specific deliverables, timings and price for your job. If anything there conflicts with this page, what we agreed for your job wins.
3. What we do
We build and run three things for trade and local service businesses:
- Websites: design, build, hosting and upkeep.
- Lead generation: Google and Meta advertising, landing pages, and the follow up that turns an enquiry into a booked job.
- AI and automation: chat assistants, quoting tools, reminders, and the wiring between the tools you already use.
Demonstration sites on this domain are examples of our work. They are not shops, the prices and stock inside them are made up, and no order placed inside a demo is real.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are as shown by the site's quote tool; setup is quoted per project. We confirm the figure in writing before any work starts, and it does not change without your agreement.
- Monthly fees are paid monthly in advance.
- Project fees are invoiced as agreed for your job, normally part at the start and the rest on handover.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless we agreed something else in writing.
- If an invoice goes unpaid we will chase it before we do anything else. We may pause work and hosting while it is outstanding, and we will tell you first.
- Zexora Media is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any of it.
5. Rolling monthly, and how to leave
Rolling monthly. No long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Email us and the clock starts. The notice period is not a penalty. It is the time it takes to finish work in progress, hand over what is yours, and switch off the parts that would otherwise break. You pay for the notice month, and nothing after it.
6. What you provide
To do the work we need a few things from you:
- Accurate information about your business, your services and your trading name.
- Content you own or have the right to use: photos, logos, reviews, certifications.
- Access to the accounts we need, such as your domain, your advertising accounts and your Google Business Profile.
- A reply when we ask for feedback or approval, so the work does not stall.
You are responsible for anything you tell us to publish being true and lawful, including any qualification, guarantee or accreditation claimed on your site.
7. Costs that are not ours
Some things get paid to somebody else and are yours to fund, on top of our fee:
- Advertising spend. Google and Meta bill you directly, on your own card, and set their own rates. Our fee is for managing it, never for the spend itself.
- Domain names. Registration and renewal.
- Third-party licences and subscriptions your setup needs, where a paid tool is the right answer. We tell you the cost before we commit to one.
8. Who owns what
- Content you give us stays yours.
- The design, code, copy and images we make specifically for your business are yours once the work they belong to has been paid for.
- While you are on a monthly plan, we host and maintain the site for you. When you leave, we hand over the site files and content and help you point the domain wherever you want it.
- The tools, templates and components we reuse across clients stay ours. You get the right to use them as part of your site, for as long as you like.
- We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
9. Results
We can control the work. We cannot control the market. Results vary by trade and area, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular number of leads, a ranking, or a level of sales. Any figure or client story we show is a record of what happened for that business, not a forecast for yours.
10. What we are responsible for
We do the work with reasonable care and skill, and we fix our own mistakes at our cost. Beyond that:
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it.
- We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or lost data, or for problems caused by a third-party platform changing its rules, its prices or its mind.
- Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Confidentiality
Anything you tell us about your business that is not public stays between us, and the same goes the other way. This carries on after the work ends.
12. Things outside our control
Neither of us is in breach for a delay caused by something genuinely beyond our control, such as an outage at a hosting or advertising platform, a supplier failure, extreme weather, or a change in the law. We tell you as soon as we know and we work around it where we can.
13. Complaints, disputes and the law
Tell us first. Almost everything is fixable in a phone call. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either of us can ask for mediation before going to court. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved. If a change affects work already agreed with you, we tell you before it takes effect.
15. Privacy
What we do with your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
